Health and wellbeing are my absolute passion, inside and out.
I have had two major career changes due to health reasons, but now I can honestly say that I am fitter and healthier than I was 20 years ago.
I believe that if your skin feels great, you feel great. I started using Tropic skincare myself in 2016, but it was only in September 2019 that I decided to become an Ambassador. By that time, I had pretty much bought all of the products!
My corporate background was IT sales, but I also love chatting to people.
The idea of Tropic pamper parties just seemed like an obvious choice for me. I loved the products, and I enjoyed chatting. Oh, and I always turn up with prosecco and chocolates!
I also love everything about the company, which was founded by a lady called Susie Ma, who has been making body scrubs in her Mum’s kitchen since she was 15 years old. Everything is freshly made at our beauty kitchen in Surrey and in seven years has already won over 180 awards. Tropic is a certified carbon neutral company, and vegan approved.
In addition to pamper parties, I can offer 1-2-1 skincare and makeup consultations either in person or via Zoom.
Alongside Tropic, I am a Tai Chi for Health Instructor. I discovered the joy of Tai Chi in 2017 while I was waiting for a knee replacement. It involves no kneeling or floor work, and so I was able to enjoy the classes with even limited mobility.
But it wasn’t just the physical side; it was the mental side too. It gave me the ability to ‘stop and breathe’.
Having a corporate background and understanding the pressure involved, I love seeing the change in people at the end of a session.
I now offer regular village hall sessions, 1-2-1 sessions and lunchtime sessions for corporate clients.
I feel privileged to be able to help others with their wellbeing.
